Innovation vs Upgradation





Should we should focus more on innovation and releasing a new smartphone every 3-4 months or should they try to upgrade the performance of the phones already in the market and make sure everything is up to date, whether it be technical issues, systems updates, performance and promotion, or customer service issues?

I think current approach of consumer is getting the latest technologies in the market and making new commitments with others to buy something called next generation phones...but I also think to enhance productivity, needs to get into the habit of focusing on what matters: customer service. So the question arises:

Should we buy upgrade performance for our award winning smartphones or innovate and bring new creative and intelligent smartphones?
